Wayne, PA, March 5, 2007 – Gulph Creek Hotels, a leading Mid-Atlantic hotel development and management company, announced that they have signed an agreement to manage the 105-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel located on State Route 130 in Hamilton, New Jersey. The Hotel and the adjacent TGI Friday’s will open in midsummer 2007.
The Hotel will be an integral part of the continued growth and development of Hamilton, NJ and the Route 130 corridor. The Hotel borders the Horizon Corporate Center just south of Interstate 195 and west of the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95). State Route 130 has experienced strong retail and commercial growth in the past five years.
When completed, the new Hilton Garden Inn will provide visitors to Hamilton, Trenton and Mercer County with a full complement of services and amenities including 4,000 square feet of upscale banquet and meeting facilities, a business library featuring individual workstations with high-speed data ports, an indoor swimming pool with whirlpool spa, a fitness center and laundry service. All guest rooms will include a work desk, two telephone lines with data ports, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker and cable television with a free premium movie channel. The hotel will include 24 suites, a lobby bar and restaurant.
